Temp - Permanent Job Purpose As a Support Worker you will provide tailored support to our students, helping them develop their independence, communication, and life skills. You will play a key role in promoting their well-being and assisting with educational and therapeutic activities. Key Responsibilities Student Support:
Provide individual and group support for students in their daily routines, including personal care, mobility, and communication. Educational Activities:
Assist with classroom activities, helping students engage with the curriculum and develop their skills. Therapeutic Interventions:
Support the delivery of therapeutic programs in collaboration with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and other professionals. Community Engagement:
Accompany students on trips and activities in the community to enhance their social and practical life skills. Requirements: Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 6 months. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting young people Strong communication and teamwork skills.
