Assist the Sales Manager with site management.

Manage sales performance.
Professionally sell vehicles in accordance with Company policy.
Ensure targets are met for the team and site.
Follow the sales track consistently.
Discuss finance options with customers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
