We are looking for someone who enjoys and thrives in a sales environment to join the LTC Training Services team. The role will be predominately office based which will be at our Head office at Wixenford in Plymouth, however there will be a need for visits to clients.
As our Training Sales Executive, you will be working within our busy training team identifying new customers and managing existing customers with the objective of building on our existing client base. We want you to use your excellent customer service and sales skills to help build our business.
The successful candidate needs to be someone who has proven experience in sales and enjoys working towards targets coupled with a great telephone attitude.
Responsibilities include:
Managing new and existing customers with the aim of maximising revenue from each account and assisting in the growth of the business
Generating new leads
Following up all enquiries within the team
Develop and maintain a solid relationship between LTC Training Services and its customers
Identify sales opportunities and secure the business
Re-establish dormant accounts
Deal with all customer queries quickly and efficiently
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and their data on our CRM
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Previous proven track record in sales
A sales focused and driven individual who enjoys building a rapport with customers
Target driven with the desire to exceed set targets
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
