The Role: As the Southern-based Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing and growing sales within the motor and CV factor market. Building strong relationships with existing accounts and identifying new opportunities for business growth. Developing and implementing a sales plan to exceed targets. Providing expert advice and solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities. About You: We are looking for someone with: Proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle parts sector. Existing relationships and experience selling into CV factors and distributors, along with an understanding of UK buying groups. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
