Care Assistant (complex needs) About The Company: The Client provides a high-quality service to 43 residents across 4 specialised units supporting residents with varying complex care as well as providing a comfortable and safe living environment. About the role: This position would suit an experienced Care Assistant that is currently working within a Care Home setting or NHS / Private Hospital. Reporting to the Care Home Manager you will be part of a quality care team contributing to making a real difference to people’s lives. Duties include: Supporting residents with social & physical activities Helping with personal care (showering, dressing etc) Supporting residents with eating & drinking Skills and Experience: Complex Care Experience Essential NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or willing to work towards this Caring and Positive attitude Work well as part of a team Good communication skills Benefits include: Strong support network Access to ongoing training courses and support to continually develop your skills to help you achieve your goals Practical technical training to ensure individuals have the necessary mandatory training Salary:

£10.70 per hour Working Week: Nights: Week 1 – 3 days: 19.45 to 07.45 Week 2 – 4 days: 19.45 to 07.45 Total average per week – 42 hours including every other weekend Days: Week 1 – 3 days: 07.45 to 19.45 Week 2 – 4 days: 07.45 to 19.45 Total average per week – 42 hours including every other weekend We work a rolling rota with three shifts one week and four the next, having every second weekend off.
