We are on the lookout for Experienced Animal Technicians in the Milton Keynes area. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine husbandry duties, including feeding, cleaning, watering, and ensuring the welfare of the animals are in line with Home Office and GMP regulations. Conduct health checks and room checks. Perform Paracox QC testing (oocyst counts) following SOPs and GMP compliance. Assist with regulated procedures when required. Be responsible for cleaning rooms and workspaces. Raising of deviations in the Quality Management System and completion of non-investigative records. What we are looking for:

Previous experience working in a research facility with rodents. Experience in animal husbandry and competent in health checks. Ability to identify deviations and raise events in the Quality Management System. Home Office License (preferred). Knowledge of Animals Scientific Procedures Act 1986.
