Job description Job responsibilities What We're Looking For: We're searching for dedicated, proactive, and flexible individuals ready to deliver the best care. Essential Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience). Experience in a healthcare setting, whether hospital-based or in the community. A caring, can-do attitude and strong communication skills. Desirable Skills: Experience in clinical tasks like vital signs observations, Blood Glucose Monitoring. Care Certificate. Person Specification Evidence of working with people Essential Experience as a Health Care Assistant or other caring role. Understands and is committed to a caring approach to patients & relatives. Able to demonstrate genuine interest in caring for people. Experience of working in a team. Experience of caring for people in hospital and other care settings. Desirable Experience working in an NHS hospital. Qualifications and training Essential Able to demonstrate understanding of written English. Have numerical and analytic skills. Desirable Completed Care Certificate. Has/working towards NVQ or equivalent in Health and Social Care or any care qualification.
