The post holder will work collaboratively to promote the delivery of evidence-based patient care. Theatres can be an intense, fast-paced environment, with a team working ethos being at the heart of the services we provide. The successful applicant will be based at the above-mentioned site, but may be required to vary their workplace within the area covered by NHS Tayside, as required. Applicants must have good communication skills and demonstrate the ability to assess, plan and implement care for perioperative patients. Applicants must have evidence of completion of NES Core Competency Framework for anaesthetic assistants, or equivalent anaesthetic experience. You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register or equivalent (HPC ODP NVQ Level 3 / Diploma) and demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development relevant to previous experience.
