Your Role as a Band 5 Nurse As a valued member of our team, you will: Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care in diverse healthcare environments. Administer medications and monitor patient progress while adhering to NMC standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide outstanding care and support tailored to each individual. Build trust and rapport with patients and their families to promote recovery and wellbeing. Seamlessly adapt to different settings while maintaining professionalism and clinical excellence. What We’re Looking For NMC Registration: Valid PIN and registration as an RGN, RMN, or RNLD. Experience: A minimum of 6 months of post-registration experience in a clinical setting. Enhanced DBS: Must be on the update service (or willingness to apply). Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
