CRT Care Services are looking to recruit carers within Chesterfield and surrounding areas. We are looking for full-time or part-time staff. It is essential that you have a driver's license and your own vehicle. * We DO NOT offer sponsorship * Rate of pay: Basic rate of pay is £12.90 an hour - Monday to Friday Evening (7pm onwards) rate of pay is £13.50 Weekend rate of pay is £13.50 Bank Holiday rate of pay is £17.00 an hour Refer a Friend- £300 Benefits package: Guaranteed contracts available after 6 month probation. Regular team meetings Open door policy for staff support. Skills you should possess for the Care Assistant role: Passionate about caring and willing to develop skills further. Friendly and supportive towards vulnerable adults. Reliable and flexible. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships. Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure. We provide a high level of care services in people’s homes, covering personal care, social aspects, medication, and specialist services. Qualifications: Valid driving license Strong communication skills Ability to work with no prior experience First aid certification is a plus Willingness to undergo training in patient care Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks Basic knowledge of medication administration Experience in childcare or similar roles is beneficial Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities. Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Administer medication as directed and ensure adherence to care plans. Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed. Utilize communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of individuals under care. Job Types:
