We are recruiting a Quality Manager to join a leading organisation delivering a transformative infrastructure program. This role focuses on fostering a "right-first-time" culture, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery across internal teams and the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor supply chain compliance with contractual standards, including ISO 9001. Advise project teams on quality concerns and implement lessons learned. Conduct risk-based quality audits and coordinate with other project functions. Analyse non-conformances and defects, identifying trends and root causes. Drive the implementation of initiatives to reduce the cost of poor quality. Promote knowledge sharing and the dissemination of lessons learned. Review and approve supply chain quality documents, such as Quality Management Plans. Educate and train project teams and supply chains on quality processes and metrics.

About You: Skills:

Strong report writing and presentation skills. Proven ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. Effective project management and workload prioritization abilities.

Knowledge:

Educated to degree, HND, or HNC level, preferably in engineering or construction. Familiarity with audit and assurance processes and the three lines of defence model. Completion of an IRCA-approved ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course.

Experience:

Developing and reporting on quality performance metrics. Conducting operational audits and analysing quality-related data. Delivering projects that result in measurable business improvements.
