About the Role As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading affiliate marketing initiatives, optimising campaigns, and fostering strategic partnerships across multiple regions. You’ll play a critical role in executing data-driven strategies, analysing performance, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, manage, and optimise affiliate partnerships to achieve KPIs. Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies. Monitor compliance with legal and company standards in the iGaming space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and deliver creative updates. Conduct market research and analyse trends to stay ahead of competitors. Prepare and present actionable performance insights to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

3-4 years’ experience in the iGaming sector with a strong understanding of the UK market. Proficiency in affiliate tools/platforms such as Raven Track/Income Access. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SemRush. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Experience negotiating strategic deals and partnerships. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Desirable: Experience with Ontario, Canadian, and New Zealand iGaming markets and tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Appsflyer.
