We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Social Media Executive to oversee the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy. This role will be pivotal in growing our organic presence, engaging our community, and building brand awareness across social channels. Key Responsibilities Social Media Execution Execute the day-to-day social media strategy across all platforms. Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and visibility. Adapt content based on platform-specific trends and audience insights. Content Creation and Sourcing: Create content that aligns seamlessly with brand identity and design standards. Source content from UGC creators and influencers, ensuring appropriate usage rights are obtained. Collaborate with the in-house design team to create engaging, social-first assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content. Amplify owned content from the blog and website to drive traffic and engagement. Amplify PR & Marketing campaigns across social media to create brand moments. Proactively identify and execute on brand-appropriate trends. Copy Writing & Editing Craft compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and campaign content that resonates with the target audience. Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand and design guidelines. Community Engagement and Growth: Drive community engagement through timely and authentic responses to comments and tags. Actively moderate on forums like Reddit, ensuring brand representation aligns with community values. Cultivate relationships with the audience to foster a vibrant and loyal community. Implement strategies to drive organic growth and increase the size of our community. Collaboration and Cross-Team Support: Work closely with Brand and NPD teams to ensure the correct representation of our brand and products across social media. Collaborate with the Influencer Team to source and reshare Influencer content. Collaborate with the Paid Media Team to align organic and paid content for maximum impact. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media channels and campaigns. Use insights to refine strategy, optimize content, and identify growth opportunities. Stay updated on algorithm changes, social media platform updates, and best practices.
