Job Description Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies. Leading the marketing and agency department to achieve set objectives. Managing internal and external communications. Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. Coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. Analysing and reporting on the success of marketing initiatives. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Contributing to the not-for-profit sector through innovative marketing efforts. The Successful Applicant A successful Marketing & Communications Manager should have: Relevant educational qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges. Experience in strategic planning and execution. A creative mindset and a passion for marketing.
