Based in Bracknell, this role offers a salary of up to GBP43,000 and flexible working arrangements, with occasional travel (up to 10%) to engage with stakeholders and attend events. Key Responsibilities of the Content & PR Manager role: Develop and manage an annual content calendar aligned with business strategies and trading plans. Lead PR strategies across retail and trade channels, including partnerships with influencers and industry associations. Collaborate with suppliers to produce high-quality, engaging content for diverse platforms. Oversee budget management for content and PR, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth. Drive media relationships, charity initiatives, and impactful campaigns. Skills & Experience: Over 5 years of marketing experience, with expertise in content creation and PR. A strong background in managing budgets and agency partnerships. Exceptional organisational skills, with a knack for delivering high-quality content on time. Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships. Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the Hair & Beauty industry. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; European market experience is a bonus.
