We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations, from defining the demand planning strategy to delivering finished products to customers. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and shortages. Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices. Analyze data and key performance indicators to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including commercial, sales, technical, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a track record of success in a senior leadership role. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
