Your new company Your new company is a globally recognised retailer with a real passion for their people. A leading global retailer with a true global presence, operating in over 25 countries. Due to a number of recent acquisitions across Europe, they're now needing to strengthen their finance function with a FP&A Manager.

Your new role In your role as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance by overseeing the consolidation of financial reports, maintaining and updating long-term financial models, and partnering with the head office and brand finance teams to ensure accurate and insightful business reporting. This role also involves close collaboration with the BI team to enhance and automate our reporting processes. The FP&A Manager will report directly to the Director of FP&A and Commercial Strategy.

What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this highly progressive role and company, you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have experience working within a large complex organisation. You'll be a passionate, ambitious individual that can influence others. Previous experience operating in a commercial role is essential. You'll be able to demonstrate clear examples where you've improved processes, maximised margins, and identified trends to enhance not only the finance function but overall business performance. You will be fluent in Italian.
