As we continue to expand, we are looking for an exceptionally motivated and proactive Office & Facilities Manager to play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring everything at the office runs like clockwork. From managing the day-to-day office operations to overseeing facilities, you’ll be the go-to person who creates a functional and positive workspace for the team. Key Responsibilities: Office Operations:

Oversee office supply management, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep. You will be needed to manage the opening and closing of the office, ensuring all security protocols are followed. Facilities Management:

Ensure our workspace is safe (compliance with health & safety regulations), clean, and welcoming. Liaise with suppliers, such as cleaners, and coordinate any facility-related needs. Our Health & Safety policies and procedures will need monitoring and updating to keep our workspace safe and compliant. Team Support:

Provide support to our growing team by organising office events, coordinating meetings, and making sure everyone has the tools and space they need to succeed. Client and Visitor Coordination: Welcome clients and visitors, support the coordination of office visits, administer the hot desk policy, manage parking spaces, and organise refreshments for meetings and workshops. Administrative Support: Manage all administrative tasks related to the office. This could include insurances and renewals, building-related bills such as council tax and gas and electricity, management of our SharePoint filing system, and content posting on our social media platforms. Security Clearances: Run security clearances for staff and visitors to ensure a secure working environment. What you'll need: Previous experience in office management or facilities management (bonus points if you’ve worked in a consultancy or fast-paced environment!) Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that brings energy to the team. A proactive mindset and ability to think on your feet. Attention to detail and organisational skills that are second to none. Tech-savvy (you’ll be using a variety of tools to keep us running smoothly). Knowledge of health and safety regulations would be beneficial, but they aren’t essential.
