Our client, a rapidly growing MGA, has a new opening for a Claims Operations Technician. The role will involve providing support to the claims team by ensuring that all processes are running efficiently. You will be responsible for producing claims reports, such as the bordereaux, loss runs, payment of claims, and for keeping the systems up to date.
You will also assist with the handling of claims from a range of different classes of business in various jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality service to policyholders, brokers, and capacity providers. Applicants should have prior claims handling or support experience, and this will be a hybrid role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Process new claims notifications, collecting accurate information and documents for internal and external claims. Produce the monthly bordereaux for external stakeholders. Responsible for collection, verification, and arrangement of payments. Provide policy information and loss runs when requested by our underwriting teams and external stakeholders. Manage internal and external claims systems including ECF.
