Overview
Scope Bathrooms operates from a luxury Design Studio/Showroom in Hillington Park, Glasgow, and has an excellent reputation in the high-end bathroom sector. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Bathroom Sales Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in bathroom sales and design, and be capable of working under pressure, and learning about our wide ranges of bathroom brands and products. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with clients to create and sell luxury bathroom specifications. Whilst the initial contract is for a fixed one-year period, the aim is to turn this into a longer-term, permanent role.
Responsibilities
Represent Scope within our showroom environment, and communicate with potential new customers to establish requirements.
Design concepts that meet client specifications and project requirements. Utilise Virtual World software to bring designs to life (training provided).
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring clarity throughout the design and quotation process.
Present design proposals to clients, highlighting key features and benefits while employing upselling strategies where appropriate.
Develop detailed quotations, which evolve during the client consultation process.
Maintain an organised workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Participate in product training and sales training sessions as appropriate.
Experience
Proven experience as a Bathroom Sales Designer or similar.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Worked as part of a similar team, in a similar sales environment.
