Join us as a Marketing Manager This is a B2B marketing opportunity which will give you the chance to use and improve your creativity, campaign management and communication skills You’ll be leading the development of marketing and communications activity to support our Marketing strategy in the mortgage intermediary business and delivery of our commercial goals Joining a collaborative and influential team who operate in a fast moving environment, you can expect lots of variety and great visibility for you and your work You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend at least two days a week working from the office We're offering this role on a temporary basis, ending on 31/12/2025 What you'll do

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be developing and delivering marketing strategies, communications and briefs that support the priorities of our mortgage intermediary business. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the overall planning process across the Marketing team, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing function, wider business and marketing teams. Day-to-day, you’ll be: Delivering against the brief, at all stages of the campaign and plans, working with a variety of stakeholders Developing, distributing and getting sign off for all campaigns and communications Managing and tracking marketing campaign budgets, making sure target key performance indicators are reached and that both spend and key metrics are tracked accurately Leveraging our strategic partnerships to make sure that our marketing activity such as brief development, marketing planning and delivery management, reflects leading thinking and best practices The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a successful background in marketing and communications. You’ll bring fresh thinking and creativity to your work, paired with knowledge of marketing strategies, models and practices. You'll also need the ability to manage and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Along with this, you’ll need: Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Good communication skills Networking and influencing skills Budget management experience Event planning and management experience Evidence of using data, insight, testing and optimisation techniques to get the best outcomes, alongside strong evaluation and analytical skills The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as to work independently, delivering both on time and to specification
