Digital Marketing Manager Epsom, Surrey Up to GBP40,000 + Excellent Benefits We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading health and fitness club in Epsom. This role offers a competitive salary of GBP40,000 along with a fantastic benefits package. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the club's brand presence, driving membership growth, and executing effective digital marketing campaigns for B2C clients. This is a hands-on, office-based role that involves both creative and strategic elements within a supportive team environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain members. Create compelling content for websites, social media, and promotional materials. Manage social media platforms and digital presence, optimising engagement and reach. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimise engagement. Coordinate promotional events, membership campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth. What Experience is Required: Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Experience managing social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Experience of line management responsibilities, and nurturing/developing small teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimise digital initiatives.
