Block Manager – Duties
Assisting with effective management of the residential block management portfolio Be the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders and residents Deal with all aspects of the portfolio assigned, including site visits and any repairs Ensure company hits service agreement levels Maximise property assets for freeholders and leaseholders Assist with the service charge collection Assist with managed property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and liaising with contractors, utility companies, landlord clients and tenants. Assist with periodic property inspections and reporting thereon. Assist with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accounts. Maintain/update the Property Management software and produce reports. Diarise cyclical maintenance and management of their deadlines. Manage keys and raise work orders to instruct contractors for minor works, taking the budget into consideration Contribute to Focus Meetings
Block Manager – Experience Needed
Previous Block Management or Property Management experience of 1 – 2 years is essential Strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively Solid IT skills and technology savvy
