Food & Beverage Supervisor , you will support the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the food & beverage departments, including restaurant, bar, lounges, afternoon tea, wedding & private events operations, and outside terraces, along with your team ensuring that guests are provided with the best service. As

Food & Beverage Supervisor , you will have: A passion for food and wine and guest service, and be willing to work across the range of food and beverage areas of the hotel. Shifts are completed 5 days per week, with flexible shifts covering breakfast/lunch/dinner on a rota basis, including weekends. Duties for the role of

Food & Beverage Supervisor

include: Ensuring the restaurant is set for service and all mis en place is prepared. Ensuring correct staffing for service and that all staff are smartly presented. Briefing all staff on service issues/information for their shift. Welcoming guests and taking food and drink orders. Hosting the restaurant during service and assisting and coaching staff with food and drink service. Conducting satisfaction checks to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensuring food and beverage service standards in the lounge are achieved and ensuring seamless service across departments. Ensuring correct billing for all diners. Ensuring cashing up and end of day is carried out at the end of the shift. Ensuring the restaurant is closed down at the end of service and left ready for the following service shift. Hosting and running events, weddings, conferences, and private dinners. Assisting with recruitment and induction of new team members. Training, skills training, and coaching a team of permanent/casual employees. Ensuring the department meets the Company and legal requirements in relation to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene. Requirements for the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor: Previous supervisory experience in a quality restaurant environment required. A proven record of experience in planning, training, and supervising a team to ensure excellence in guest service. Good knowledge of food and wines. A flexible and adaptable approach to work and the ability to adapt to the different service requirements across food and beverage areas. Salary for the role of

Food & Beverage Supervisor

is GBP 25,000 per annum for a 40-hour week (base salary plus a monthly service charge payment), along with other company benefits. Live out only.
