What you will do as an Assistant Restaurant Manager: Act as the guardian of the Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill's F&B concept, ensuring all operations align with this vision, including overseeing the Montagu Kitchen Restaurant. Develop and execute action plans to improve areas within the outlet/department in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager. Assist in the creation and implementation of new concepts for the Montagu Kitchen. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, continuously exploring potential business opportunities within the outlet. Ensure management needs are met in the absence of the Outlet Manager or as requested by the Food & Beverage Manager. Support the Restaurant Manager with training and developing the team and with the recruitment of new talent.
