Job Description: As a Secondary School English Teacher at Realise Education, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate our diverse group of students. We are looking for a passionate teacher who can create a supportive and engaging learning environment, fostering a love for literature and language among our students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the development of our English curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that align with the school's curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's English program. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as required. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. A degree in English or a related field. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English. Effective classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous professional development.
