Area Manager
to lead multiple locations across Scotland with a salary of £32-34k, plus commissions.
The role includes: Managing and developing a Sub-Contractor Cleaning Team. Driving new business opportunities. Ensuring quality service delivery through site audits. Handling complaints. Managing CRM activities and P&L.
Requirements: At least 3 years of field sales experience. Recruitment and management experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills. A full driving license.
