position located in
Headingley. The start date for this position will be beginning of April. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets. Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties. Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage. Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings. We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal. The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients. Able to achieve sales targets.
