The Role Acting as Registered Manager and Safeguarding Lead, you ll oversee the day-to-day operations of residential bungalows. You ll lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the children s bungalows, ensuring care services meet required standards set by OFSTED. Team Management: Lead and motivate an operational team, providing supervision and professional development. Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols and statutory requirements, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Resource Management: Optimise operational systems and ensure resources are efficiently allocated. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with families, colleagues, and external partners to ensure a collaborative approach to care . Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in managing residential services, ideally in children s or specialist care settings. Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on compliance and care standards. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of OFSTED standards and regulations.
