Job Description Manage and enhance product quality standards across all production lines. Implement and oversee safety protocols in line with industry regulations. Lead a team of quality engineers to achieve operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems. Provide training to staff on quality control and safety measures. Generate reports to present quality metrics to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Manager should have: Experience in a quality management role within the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
