To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and skills: Education to GCSE Level, grade C or above in English and Maths Business and administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience Previous experience in a clinical research setting is preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Basic Office Software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Courteous, with excellent communication skills and professional demeanour. Attention to detail, particularly following written work instructions, SOP's and Protocols. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Customer service-oriented with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for participants.
