Here's your chance to be at the heart of it all. We are currently seeking Senior Project Managers with experience in the Energy sector to join us in any of our offices across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of projects, across various technical disciplines with clients across the country. These projects can include energy from waste, solar, interconnectors, windfarms, substations, OHL, energy building design, protection systems, LVAC, pump stations, etc. You will join a growing and collaborative team, working in partnership with a variety of clients to deliver innovative and sustainable projects to industry-wide efficiency and environmental challenges. This is an opportunity for you to play an important part in the U.K. energy transition. As Project or Senior Project Manager you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects throughout the project lifecycle. You will build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that projects are delivered on time, to cost and to a high level of quality. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and manage project budgets and resources effectively. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout while leading high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication. About You You will ideally be qualified with a degree in a relevant field and APMP qualifications would be an advantage. You will have proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). You will have some previous experience of project management within the energy/engineering sector, with experience of project setup and financial monitoring processes including coordinating with Project Managers (PMs) for proposals, change orders, status reports, financial updates and forecasting. This role works closely with teams of PMs and you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with excellent computer skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative and multi-team environment. You will have demonstrated attention to detail; initiative in problem detection and resolution; strong verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to prioritize and multi-task between multiple project managers.
