1st Line Support Engineer
to join a dynamic and growing IT & Telecoms company. If you're looking to take your first serious step into IT support, this could be the perfect opportunity!

UK-based office (Hybrid options may be available) Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent Hours:
37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 6 PM) + on-call rota Salary:
£25K - £32K OTE (£35K with certifications)

The Role As a
1st Line Support Engineer , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, diagnosing and resolving IT, connectivity, and telephony issues. You’ll also assist with new system deployments and upgrades, ensuring clients stay connected and happy.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot IT, connectivity, telephony & mobile issues Escalate complex problems to senior engineers Set up and configure new PCs & laptops Fix hardware faults and install upgrades Monitor system alerts and apply fixes
