8-10 years of experience in high-end residential AV systems, with 5+ years in senior leadership. Strong knowledge of Crestron, Savant, Control4, Lutron, KNX, and similar systems. Exceptional team leadership skills with a history of building and inspiring high-performing teams. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to establish long-term relationships. Comprehensive understanding of project workflows, deliverables, and technical specifications. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to instill the same in your teams. This position will be a mix of office-based and on client sites in London and the surrounding home counties, so please be aware this is not hybrid or WFH.
