A solid track record of working in the areas of responsibility across a broad range of HR functions across a large complex organisation Experience in developing and embedding HRBP model and services, improvements in Employee Relations across a large organisation aligned to business priorities and professional groups A solid track record in the design and delivery of programmes that are aligned to the people priorities and business context, demonstrating ROI Considerable experience leading expert teams, motivating and developing the team, including setting out clear priorities, objectives, mentoring and coaching to maximise potential Experience of working in rapidly changing environment with multiple senior stakeholders and building trust, securing their engagement, resulting in sustainable change Experience of writing reports for board level audiences, presenting complex information in an inspiring and engaging way Desirable criteria

Experience of working in a large operational organisation or healthcare setting Skills and Knowledge Essential criteria

High degree of judgement and independent thinking A strategic thinker who can translate customer requirements, taking best practice and designing pragmatic yet creative solutions to meet the people agenda Knowledge and understanding of legislation, best practice and issues driving change in the functional areas of responsibility and where working across teams is required Experience of communicating and marketing across networks, systems and professions to engage Excellent communicator both verbal and written, comfortable and experienced in reporting and submitting papers on activity to committees and senior stakeholders Ability to manage within financial constraints and delivery to deadlines and KPI's Ability to manage large scale projects, programmes and initiatives to deadlines and KPI's Key Attributes Essential criteria
