What will I do? This is a fabulous opportunity as we have recently invested in our health club to ensure we are at the forefront of health & wellbeing. We now require an innovative, dynamic, forward-thinking leader to elevate the health club and the spa operation. Responsibilities include ensuring top-class service within the spa, maintaining high standards for treatments, filling classes, growing memberships, and driving retail revenue.
Are you passionate about health & wellbeing? Experience or strong knowledge & understanding of managing a spa operation. Previous experience managing a busy health club. Managed a spa operation or possess a very strong understanding of spa. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification, preferred. Commercially minded. Strong compliance, health & safety, and legislation knowledge. Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor qualified. Relevant qualifications (Pool Plant and Pool Responder/Lifeguard). People management experience.
