Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Product Development Knowledge:

Comprehensive understanding of the product development process, including New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI). Experience working within multi-disciplinary project teams is essential. CAD Proficiency:

Experienced in using SolidWorks (or similar CAD software) for mechanical design and development. Practical Skills:

Demonstrated practical mechanical engineering abilities, including hands-on skills in developing prototypes and concepts. Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with full proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes. Basic workshop proficiency, including familiarity with tools and equipment used in mechanical assembly or testing. Basic practical electronics skills, testing, soldering, etc. Mechanical refrigeration systems -20°C to -80°C. Plastic injection moulding. Our commitment to you: You will be collaborating with talented professionals in a motivated and driven team. We offer a competitive salary package, performance-related bonus, and comprehensive, valued benefits, including private medical insurance.
