Coordinate performance across the city, supporting roles within the city including Sales Executive, Quality Executive, and Activation Specialist. Secure distribution and pouring agreements across circa outlets. Deliver a strong return on investment value through contractual agreements, managing spend and forecasting planned activity with key customers throughout the year. Deliver against a full year annual operating plan (FY AOP) in line with our field sales ambition. Develop customer relationships across the account base. Determine who manages new business opportunities within the team. Own the Route to Market (RTM) relationships for the city. Accurately track and measure in outlet performance and execution levels (in CRM system where deployed). Ensure the quality and serve standard of Guinness Draught. Build positive relationships with customers and route to markets. Handle return on investment, forecasting, and investment decisions with commercial acumen. Possess area knowledge, the trade, and RTM relationships. Be target driven with a strong will to win and ambition to excel within an exciting target-driven environment. Act as a key member, coach, and mentor of the city team. Organized and able to handle a host of priorities. Agile and comfortable adapting workloads to accommodate business needs.
