The successful applicant joining as a Recruitment Consultant will be given the opportunity to flourish in such an established team of consultants and managers. You will work with Secondary and SEN schools to facilitate their staffing needs both contract and temporary. We do not just provide supply teachers in the morning to cover absence; there is a broad range of responsibilities in education recruitment and you will need to be a competent individual who is committed to development, self-learning, and tenacious to progress and achieve results! The Role As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and Educators together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You will join a thriving team working with secondary schools; you will be responsible for building your candidate pool and school base across a local area - Teaching Personnel will be right there, supporting you with regular learning and development opportunities and on-the-job daily coaching to enable your understanding efficiently. Should you choose to accept it, your main objectives as a Recruitment Consultant will be to: Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality teachers and support staff. Proactively build and develop your own candidate database through advertising, pre-screening calls to ascertain suitability. Match Educators to their desired roles (permanent or temporary). Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations, and ongoing engagement with key decision makers. Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives, achieve your personal goals, and develop as an individual through our authentic career ladder.
