Manage a caseload of PL/EL claims, alongside other casualty litigation matters. Provide strategic and expert legal advice to clients, focused on defending claims. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the litigation process. Attend hearings, negotiations, and case conferences as necessary. Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (2+ years PQE preferred) with experience in Defendant Litigation, particularly in PL/EL claims. Proven experience in casualty claims within both private and public sectors. Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes. Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to handle a diverse caseload.
