Salary £27,827 + bonus Highly-regarded law firm We're partnered with an award-winning, legal 500 ranked law firm who are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to manage their own caseload of property transactions. This role is the perfect opportunity to progress a career in property law and gain excellent exposure to a broad range of work in a busy and friendly team. Responsibilities include: Independently manage a high-volume caseload of property sales, including both shared ownership and outright sales. Handle all aspects of post-completion, including responding to requisitions. Assist with or oversee staircasing matters, as well as residential acquisitions and disposals. Ensure all deadlines and key milestones are met. Set up and maintain online document repositories for efficient file management. Provide clients with regular progress updates and issue invoices on a weekly or monthly basis. Conduct legal research as required. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and third parties via phone and email, managing client relationships effectively. Organise and maintain accurate electronic files, ensuring hard copy records are kept when necessary. Offer support and assistance to fee earners within the team as needed. Adhere to department procedures, Solicitors' Accounts Rules, and firm policies as outlined in the Office Manual.
