Role: IT Bid Assistant Location: Leeds (On-site) Salary: £30,000-£35,000 DoE Job Overview This company is actively seeking a Bid Assistant to support IT aspects of client information requests. The role involves responding to client questionnaires and bid documents from an IT and information security perspective. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in law, document review, or computer science. Key Responsibilities Review client requirements and ensure accurate submission of Information Security and IT responses using standard templates. Identify risks and exceptions using established processes. Maintain IT and Information Security response templates. Adhere to SOX control responsibilities (where applicable). Provide support to the IT and Information Security teams. Core Skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with users at all levels, including non-technical language. Team-oriented with attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Highly organised with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities effectively. Experience of reviewing different documents, including Contracts, RFIs, Policies, Handbooks, and Questionnaires.
