Job Description Duties of the Software Engineering Resource and Planning Manager: Identify resource needs and allocate accordingly Establishing relationships with various departments to understand job requirements and roles. Coordinating with hiring managers and HR team to manage recruitment needs. Develop and maintain resource management plan that aligns with project timelines Analyse data and current engineering trends to forecast future needs Evaluate current resource management processes and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement Monitoring recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Manage expectations with stakeholders regarding resource availability and project timelines. Ensuring compliance with all HR and recruitment regulations. Developing a talent pool for future hiring needs. The Successful Applicant A successful Software Engineering Resource and Planning Manager should have: Experience in resource planning in a technology business Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. What's on Offer A competitive salary, ranging from £40,500 to £49,500 per annum.
