Systematically reconcile complex balance sheets and maintain rigorous financial integrity. Implement innovative financial processes to enhance operational efficiency. Optimise finance department performance through strategic workflow improvements. Serve as a key strategic partner in budgeting and forecasting initiatives. Provide advanced financial planning insights to support organisational objectives. Ensure meticulous HMRC compliance and proactively manage regulatory reporting requirements. The candidate: Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent extensive experience. Demonstrated experience in Management Accounts and Financial Reporting; experience within a leadership role would be beneficial. Strong expertise in balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, HMRC, and FCA reporting. Proficient in Excel, financial modelling, and digital accounting software. Analytical capabilities with strong communication and collaborative interpersonal skills.
