Finance Manager Are you an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys streamlining processes and driving financial efficiency while contributing to the strategic growth of an organisation? Our client, a prominent and established industry leader, is currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. This exceptional opportunity offers the possibility of flexible hybrid work arrangements and the opportunity to grow within the business. As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation’s financial strategy and overseeing its financial operations. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership for the finance function and ensuring the effective management of all financial activities. The responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive and accurate management accounts with strategic insights. Develop detailed financial reports to guide critical organisational decision-making. Systematically reconcile complex balance sheets and maintain rigorous financial integrity. Implement innovative financial processes to enhance operational efficiency. Optimise finance department performance through strategic workflow improvements. Serve as a key strategic partner in budgeting and forecasting initiatives. Provide advanced financial planning insights to support organisational objectives. Ensure meticulous HMRC compliance and proactively manage regulatory reporting requirements. The candidate: Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent extensive experience. Demonstrated experience in Management Accounts and Financial Reporting; experience within a leadership role would be beneficial. Strong expertise in balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, HMRC, and FCA reporting. Proficient in Excel, financial modelling, and digital accounting software. Analytical capabilities with strong communication and collaborative interpersonal skills.
