Risk & Compliance Manager - Farnborough
Excellent opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join a top-ranked law firm.
Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join their office in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The role will involve managing the firm's risk and compliance function. Duties will include: Providing a best in class internal risk and compliance function Risk and compliance management with knowledge of SRA and FCA compliance models Assisting staff with conduct questions (e.g. conflicts) and reporting Assisting staff with AML questions and reporting Complaints and claims risk management Practicing certificate renewals Review, monitoring and updating the firm's policies & procedures Performance of file verifications and associated follow ups Compliance record keeping, monitoring and reporting, etc. To be considered, you must have risk & compliance experience gained within a law firm.
