Job Description Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include: Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation for HR related activities. Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining a database of potential candidates. Oversee the companies HR and Recruitment general inbox. Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR strategies and policies. Address employee queries regarding HR related issues. Assist in the organisation's performance management processes. Contribute to the development of short-term and long-term HR plans. The Successful Applicant The successful HR Administrator should have: Prior experience within an office/admin position, doesn't necessarily need to be HR related. A university degree is desirable. Strong computer literacy and capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong ethics and reliability.
