We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the HRBP will drive HR strategy and foster an engaged, high-performing, and inclusive workforce. As a CIPD-qualified HR professional, you will take ownership of key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning. You will manage a team of two HR professionals, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR administration and recruitment services. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on employee relations, develop organisational practices, and support the Director in creating an exceptional employee experience. You will work to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving innovation and operational excellence in the HR function.
