Overview: We are seeking a

Service Designer

with a strong background in

Figma

and

rapid prototyping

to join our customer’s team within the

supply chain division of innovative medicine . This full-time, remote role aligns with the

EMEA timezone

and focuses on conducting design workshops, synthesizing findings, and driving actionable solutions in a complex workstream environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops to identify and prioritize eight key focus areas within supply chain workflows. Develop service blueprints and customer journey maps to visualize insights and solutions. Create low-fidelity prototypes rapidly to communicate and validate concepts. Synthesize feedback from workshops into clear, actionable insights, presented in an educational and engaging way. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build product squads around prioritized areas. Manage and engage a broad audience of stakeholders, ensuring productive and focused discussions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Figma

– a must. Strong prototyping skills focused on

rapid, low-fidelity outputs

to convey ideas effectively. Experience leading and facilitating

design thinking workshops

with diverse, cross-functional teams. Strong ability to navigate and synthesize

complex workflows and streams

in a supply chain or manufacturing environment. Exceptional

EQ and facilitation skills

– able to manage diverse stakeholders with diplomacy, lean into their expertise, and balance assertiveness with collaboration. Fully remote but aligned with

EMEA timezone

for effective communication. Preferred Experience Background in

service design , with prior experience in

supply chain ,

manufacturing , or

healthcare

sectors. Familiarity with agile workflows and working with distributed teams.
