Sessional Lecturer Music £25.18 per hour (hourly rate and holiday pay) Do you have a passion for education with plenty of enthusiasm to develop and inspire the next generation? We have an opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team, teaching on a brand new Music course as we continue to develop our Performing Arts provision. Teaching on our Level 3 Music Performance course you may deliver projects on composition, music theory, history of music, influential genres, stage presence, personal promotion and collaborative practice. As a Lecturer in Music, you should:

Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Music or a relevant discipline Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one Be able to evidence continuing professional development Ideally you should also be able to demonstrate:

Industry Expertise in the Music industry Experience of teaching Music related courses to a range of levels Experience of teaching a range of learners from 16-19 years and adults from a wide range of social and ethnic backgrounds As a Lecturer you will benefit from:
