Psychology Graduate , you will work closely with experienced educators and specialists to provide targeted support, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. Whether you're considering a career in psychology, education, or therapy, this role provides the perfect foundation for your future. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health) challenges. Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour plans, tailoring support to meet each student’s needs. Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and confidence in students, helping them to engage fully in their learning. Collaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other support staff to deliver effective interventions. Support students in developing essential social and life skills. Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment. Provide feedback to staff on student progress, helping to evaluate and refine support strategies. Psychology Graduate

who: Holds a degree in Psychology (or a closely related field). Has a strong interest in supporting children and young people with special educational needs. Demonstrates empathy, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Is proactive, adaptable, and works effectively as part of a team. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
